Services Offered
At Sierra Legal Nurse Consulting, we work with Defense and Plaintiff Attorney clients in medical related cases to ensure efficiency and success. We do the medical and nursing work, so our clients can focus on the legal aspect of each case, enabling them to take on more cases and be successful without the stress.
Attend Defense Medical Examinations (DME)
An experienced Registered Nurse or Certified Legal Nurse Consultant will coach and accompany your client to the DME appointment to protect your client from unnecessary questioning, which may undermine credibility and compromise your case. Audio and written reports will be submitted for each DME.
Screen or investigate cases for merit
We do medical records review to screen for merit to save you time and money, so you can take on more cases. Verbal and/or written reports will be submitted depending on the client's preference.
Medical records review and summarization
We review medical records, highlighting deviations from Standards of Care, patterns of negligence and causation for each case as applicable. Written or verbal reports will be given, depending on client’s preference.
